Rental Cabin Policies 

By making a reservation, you agree to the following policies:

• Check-In 4:00pm
• Check-Out 11:00am
• 2 Night Minimum Required
• The primary cabin guest making the reservation and staying at the cabin MUST BE AT LEAST 21 years of age.
• No Smoking ($250 fee will be charged if interior smells/has evidence of smoke during your stay including check out day)
• No Pets
• No Minnow Bait
• Catch and Release Fishing
• No Firepits (Except Grandpa's and Homestead)
• No Swimming
• Gas Fireplaces are turned off during warm weather months from  Memorial Day - Labor Day or at discretion of the owner due to high temperatures.
• Reservations will only be confirmed by Visa, Discover, or Master Card.
• You must have a credit card number on file for confirmation.
• All extended stay reservations of 6 days or more require a deposit of 50% of the total rent cost (minus fees and taxes) at the time of reservation to secure the reservation.
• All other reservations will require a deposit for your first night's stay minus taxes at the time of your reservation.
• All deposits are paid at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
• Your remaining balance will be processed 7 days before your arrival date to the credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy:

If it is more than 14 days notice, you will get a full refund, minus the $75 cancellation fee. If it is 14 days or less notice (but more than 7 days) your entire deposit of one night stay will become non-refundable. If it is 7 days or less prior to check-in, you will still be charged the remaining balance and the full amount for the stay is non-refundable. Also, if you do not arrive on day of check in, you will still be charged the remaining balance of your bill.

When within 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation cannot be shortened, moved, changed or altered without being subject to cancellation fees. Cancellations can only be processed by telephone @ 812-339-6547.  No exceptions.

There is no refund for early departures, weather, power and/or WiFi outages. Pets are not allowed at any of the cabins.
